Another Little Update!

Hey everyone, thought I would just let you know that Lauri found out yesterday that he will only be in army for 6 months. He is really happy about this because he didn't want to be in there any longer.

Also, I am moving host families on Friday afternoon. I am really excited about moving to my next family as not only do they live in Lappeenranta they also seem really really nice. I think this will make my last 4 months really enjoyable. Not much else happening over this side of the world. It is starting to get cold so the winter jackets will be coming out again soon. Not long now till mum and dad come here to visit. Missing everyone heaps. Love you always

Lapland and Norway

Well I have just got back from a 10 day trip up to Norway/Lapland with my host family. We were staying in 2 different cottages in Lapland, both having no running water or proper toilet and one cottage having no electricity. Interesting experience. While staying at the second cottage we made a one night trip up to the Northern most point of Europe. Waabout 8 degrees outside and really really windy.
